Hi, my name is Hannah, I am a Mechanical and Energy Engineer and I want to help make your projects an itty bit Better.
I am a Certified Energy Manager through the globally recognized Association of Energy Engineers and a Data Center Energy Practitioner from the Department of Energy. Before itty bit Better, I worked for Fortune 500 companies including Schneider Electric and Trane Technologies. I gained my Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State.
Today, we have a huge burden on our shoulders with energy challenges and a climate crisis. Because our collective small efforts can make a significant impact on these issues, my goal with itty bit Better is to make building professionals even better at improving buildings with energy, sustainability, and healthy spaces…while having fun along the way!

THE HIVE is a membership based community. Think of it like when you head to the nearest restaurant or bar after the conference to continue networking, except this is 24/7.
The community is located on Discord, where you have access to other Energy, Sustainability, and Healthy Space professionals who are looking to improve in the industry just like you. From small business contractors, to Fortune 500 employees and leaders. We all have things we can learn from each other, real world examples, resources, best practices, case studies, and connections.
